Devaluation of 2011 and real incomes in Belarus (in Russian)

Abstract:
In 2011 Belarus has experienced a currency crisis and high inflation. The average real incomes decreased 15%. People with high incomes were mostly affected. The real incomes of the first income decile fell 30%. The retired were affected as well - their real incomes decreased 16.7%.
