Abstract:
This paper presents the results of a survey of Turkish apparel exporters and provides an inside view into their attitudes, expectations, and strategic preparations at the dawn of the quota-elimination period. It was presented at the 15th International Convention of the International Trade and Finance Association, Istanbul, Turkey, in May 2005.
