Abstract: Industry-level wage bargaining for 2022 was impacted by the high inflation context. Over the year, close to 150 industries revised the agreements signed at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022. Overall, at the end of the year, negotiated wage increases amounted to an average of 5% year-on-year (compared with 3% at the beginning of the year). However, this higher increase in negotiated wages does not, at this stage, point to the start of a wage-price spiral.

Les négociations de salaire de branche pour 2022 ont été affectées par le contexte d’inflation élevée. Près de 150 branches ont revu en cours d’année les accords signés fin 2021 ou début 2022. Au total, en fin d’année, les hausses de salaires négociés ont été en moyenne de 5% en glissement sur un an (contre 3% en début d’année). Cette hausse plus forte des salaires négociés n’indique toutefois pas, à ce stade, d’enclenchement d’une boucle prix-salaires.
