Abstract: In response to European sanctions, Russia has redirected some of its crude oil exports to other countries, notably China. China has thus benefited from a discount on the price of its Russian oil imports, showing that the impact of sanctions has gone beyond flows between Russia and Europe alone.

Face aux sanctions européennes, la Russie a réorienté une partie de ses exportations de pétrole brut vers d’autres pays, notamment la Chine. Ainsi, la Chine a bénéficié d’une décote sur le prix de ses importations de pétrole russe, indiquant que l’impact des sanctions s’est étendu au-delà des seuls flux entre la Russie et l’Europe.
