Abstract:
The share of women among French business leaders had risen to 25% in 2023. The under-representation of women is due in particular to family constraints, which continue to weigh more heavily on their professional careers.
La part des femmes parmi les dirigeants d'entreprises franà§aises progresse lentement pour atteindre 25 % en 2023. La sous-représentation des femmes s'explique en particulier par des contraintes familiales qui continuent de peser davantage sur leur vie professionnelle.
