Transfering Data with Outdat

Ulrich Kohler

No 2, Dutch-German Stata Users' Group Meetings 2002 from Stata Users Group

Abstract: Outdat is a Stata program to transfer data from Stata to other statistical packages. Outdat writes data to a disk file in ASCII format and makes a dictionary to read the data into SPSS, Stata or Limdep. The presentation shows how outdat works and how to expand outdat to other data-formats.
