German Stata Conference 2026 from Stata Users Group

Abstract: This talk introduces meta psycorr, a new command in StataNow for psychometric meta-analysis. Psychometric meta-analysis provides a more rigorous framework than traditional meta-analysis by correcting for statistical artifacts—including measurement error, range restriction, artificial dichotomization, and small-study bias. In this talk, I will introduce the theory and then demonstrate a practical Stata workflow. I will also generate corrected forest plots and explore heterogeneity using Stata’s integrated meta suite.
