Abstract:
Quality control is of paramount importance in data management and sources of data contamination can be eliminated or flagged by using quality control techniques. In this presentation, we present a Stata community-contributed command checkmd that allows to examine logical conditions in the data. The command produces an HTML report with a description of each condition checked, including frequency tables of consistent and inconsistent values and lists of observations that have the most remarkable inconsistencies.
