Cultural Entrepreneurship and the Banff Television Festival

Abstract: We began this paper by crawing attention to the need for an economic framework for gathering information about and assessing cultural initiatives. A start towards developing economics based categories and pressure points for institutional sutdies followed. Finally, we applied this approach to the Banff Television festival.
