Abstract: The vision for the Caltrans/UCB Partnered Pavement Research Center is that Caltrans and other partners will have continuously improving state-of-the-art pavement technology to maximize the level of service to the users of Caltrans pavements, while optimizing expenditures on the pavement infrastructure.
