Abstract: This report presents a literature review aimed at better understanding the concept of numeracy to extract its main attributes. This review provides a better understanding of what numeracy is and brings new guidelines for the design of resources for numeracy while highlighting the characteristics and specificities of Quebec's mathematical culture. Ce rapport présente une revue de littérature visant à mieux cerner la notion de numératie pour en extraire ses principaux attributs. Cette revue permet une meilleure compréhension de ce qu’est la numératie et amène une réflexion nouvelle qui peut servir à orienter le design de ressources pour la numératie tout en mettant en valeur les caractéristiques et les spécificités de la culture mathématique du Québec.
