Dix exemples de rentabilité financière liés à une saine gestion environnementale

Abstract: This text presents ten Quebec examples on green profitability. Managers concerned with the quality of the environment may find new ideas and arguments to convince their colleagues in being proactive in this matter. However, before presenting these examples, we must put the issue in a more general context and explain why what has long been seen as a cost can now appear in a new light. Following, will be a presentation of ten examples which have been grouped by industrial sectors. Finally, we make an attempt to discern the0501n tendencies or the common characteristics of these examples. Ce texte présente dix exemples québécois de rentabilité verte. Les gestionnaires soucieux de la qualité de l'environnement pourront y trouver de nouvelles idées et des arguments pour convaincre leurs collègues de devenir proactif en matière d'environnement. Toutefois, avant de présenter ces exemples, nous allons replacer cette problématique dans un contexte plus général et tenter d'expliquer pourquoi ce qui a longtemps été perçu comme un coût peut0501ntenant se présenter sous un jour nouveau. Suit la présentation proprement dite des exemples qui ont été regroupés par secteur industriel. Enfin, nous tentons de discerner les grandes tendances ou les points communs entre ces exemples.
