Abstract: (English) In this work the Delphi participative methodology is analyzed, considering and critically discussing the most relevant literature. The main results are reorganized in a strengths and weaknesses scheme. The analysis of Delphi methodology is preceded by a general introduction on the development of participative methodologies, in the framework of the discussion on the meaning and role of democracy. (Italiano) In questo lavoro viene analizzata la metodologia partecipata del Delphi prendendo in considerazione la letteratura rilevante e discutendola criticamente. I principali risultati sono stati riorganizzati in uno schema punti di forza/criticità. L'analisi della metodologia Delphi è preceduta da un'introduzione generale sullo sviluppo delle metodologie partecipate, inquadrate nel contesto della discussione su significato e ruolo della democrazia.
