Abstract: (English) In this working paper I have analyzed the migration trend in Italy and the implemented politics in favor of immigrates in the local welfare systems during the last 10 years, the main goal has been to evaluate the effect of PDZ in the municipalities studied and analyze their real capacity of returning to each territory the ability of planning and carrying out projects of integrated interventions. The general increase of immigrates in Italy, revealed the necessity of reestablishing a system of rules trought which manage their social needs, trought an offer of services given by local policy makers. Considering in prevalence 3 regions of Italy, Campania, Puglia e Basilicata, the research is divided into 2 parts. The first based on the collection and analysis of quantitative data, the second that presents interviews and surveys. (Italiano) Nel working paper è stato analizzato l’andamento del fenomeno migratorio in Italia e le politiche implementate per gli immigrati nei sistemi di welfare locali nel corso degli ultimi dieci anni. Il principale obiettivo è stato valutare l’impatto dei Piani di Zona nei comuni di riferimento e analizzare la loro capacità effettiva di restituire ai singoli territori la capacità di programmare e realizzare progetti ed interventi integrati. L’aumento generale degli immigrati sul territorio nazionale ha fatto emergere la necessità di ridefinire un sistema di regole attraverso le quali governare i loro bisogni sociali, mediante un’offerta di servizi erogati dai policy makers locali. Considerando prevalentemente tre regioni del Sud Italia, Campania, Puglia e Basilicata, la ricerca si è suddivisa in due parti. La prima basata sulla raccolta e l’analisi dei dati quantitativi e la seconda in cui sono state stilate interviste e questionari.
