(English) The Relational Know for a New Configuration of Civil Society (Italiano) Il sapere relazionale per una nuova configurazione della società civile

Abstract: (English) The changing contexts and their complexity has placed the need to start thinking about social innovation actions that have the capacity to provide social responses to the real needs of citizens with sharing and participation of all social actors. The sharing and participation are two processes that cannot be separated from the social relations that constitute the mutual action of the people, and from which develops the order of reality which requires an act of mediation (social reflexivity) between human subjectivity and social systems. The social reflexivity, however, is not sufficient for the emergence of the “relational know” – knowledge about what you do, you think, and is experienced in a relational context – as “emergent effect” of the interactions between specific forms of “being” and “doing” of people. In fact, the social reflexivity needs to be transformed into “relational reflexivity”. These processes allow the emergence of a “relational know” that directs the action towards social innovation of a civil society. The civil society does not configure more as a “rights” but also a “duty”. (Italiano) I mutamenti dei contesti e la loro complessità ha posto la necessità di iniziare a pensare a interventi di innovazione sociale che hanno la capacità di fornire risposte sociali alle reali esigenze dei cittadini con la condivisione e la partecipazione di tutti gli attori sociali. La condivisione e la partecipazione sono due processi che non possono essere separati dalle relazioni sociali che caratterizzano l’azione reciproca delle persone, e dalla quale si sviluppa l’ordine di realtà che richiede un atto di mediazione (riflessività sociale) tra la soggettività umana e sistemi sociali. La riflessività sociale, tuttavia, non è sufficiente per la nascita della “sapere relazionale” - conoscenza di ciò che si fa, si pensa, ed è vissuta in un contesto relazionale - come “effetto emergenti” delle interazioni tra specifiche forme di “essere”e “fare” delle persone. Infatti, la riflessività sociale deve essere trasformata in “riflessività relazionale”. Questi processi permettono l’emergere di un “sapere relazionale” che dirige l’azione verso l’innovazione sociale di una società civile. La società civile non si configura più come un “diritto”, ma anche un “dovere”.
