Abstract: Google Inc. and SAS Institute are the best two companies in the world to work for, they are both also organizations that generate lots of knowledge, grow exponentially as time goes by and are able to accumulate wealth effectively. But, what is their strategy? How can they be so productive and at the same time win prices by maintaining their employees motivated and happy? In this essay it will not only be revised their policies but also it will be revised which of the classic theories proposed by the researchers of the human relations movement are still valid and relevant in those two companies.
