Abstract:
Colombia's labour market has been one of the most affected of the Latin American region due to the pandemic. This has affected women the most. The problematic disparities between women and men in the labour market are worsening as never before. This is partially explained by existing problems such as segmentation within the labour market and discrimination against women. Additionally, women can find themselves in situations of greater vulnerability, due to the lack of economic autonomy and the difficulties of labour reintegration in the long term.
