Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to develop a contextualization of administrative trends that today are implemented in organizations and, in turn, highlight the importance of empowerment within the organizational level, illustrating how the empowerment allows for the development of an administrative model more humane and integrated, it overcomes the problems of efficiency and management of common in contemporary organizations.
