La innovación en la política nacional de CTI y en la política nacional de competitividad y productividad

Abstract: This essay is based on the fact that innovation is one of the components to achieve greater economic, social and environmental for the entire population. Therefore, in recent years, policymakers have turned their attention to the problems of science and technology and its role in the economy. In Colombia the science, technology and innovation policies and Competitiveness and productivity policies intended to provide guidelines for the development of strategies that promote such progress. It is essential for between them there are coherence in goals, plans, programs and actions. However we still detected significant constraints to achieve the required compatibility.
