Prevención de la accidentalidad en la pequeña empresa: análisis de una experiencia

Abstract: This paper has been written by the team work of the Development Researching Center (CID) of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. This group has been auditing a group of contractors of the Positive Insurance Company ARP, who are responsible for carrying out Phase I of the Incidents and Accidents Prevention Management Program at work in small business. The study aims at identifying contributions and limitations of the developed process in order to help strengthen preventive actions to protect workers´ life and health as well as negative impacts that accidents bring to companies, workers and their families, and society in general.
