Abstract: This document analyzes the main aspects from the point of view of engineering , which had a high impact on the activities of the auditing during the implementation of Temporary Headquarters Project. Fundamental issues is performed to facilitate the work but in other cases caused delay and demanded more effort and care the same. The lessons learned are analyzed and the necessary recommendations are considered for hiring civil engineering projects including high-tech equipment. The details are not presented or deepen for confidentiality reasons , and legal or administrative issues do not touch, but the review it focuses on the terms of reference of the contracts and the needs to include some conditions or keys points to facilitate the effective implementation and quality of contracted products. The recommendations may be useful to equip civil works projects of tools that facilitate compliance of the technical specifications, efficiency in execution time and product compatibility in the future.
