[Analysis of the feelings and expectations of the middle management in hospital firms concerning the characteristics and aspects of Total Quality which are considered peculiar to the top management and Health Department. A study of the strategie factors that are necessary to form the element of managerial organisation for the managers who are directly responsible for on line staff, as well as an identification of the guarantees necessary for the implementation of the Total Quality program in the firm.]
