Abstract: (VF)L’objet de cette recherche est d’étudier l’impact des TIC sur le fonctionnement organisationnel d’une PME appartenant à un groupe. Cette technologie est-elle source d’homogénéisation des pratiques de GRH ou conduit-elle à une persistance de fonctionnements existants ? Une grille d’analyse contextualiste et une étude de cas nous ont permis d’appréhender le poids du contexte organisationnel quant aux changements engendrés par les TIC.(VA)The purpose of this research is to study the impact of ICTs on organizational functioning of SMEs belonging to a group. Does this technology allow to homogenize the practices of Human Resource Management (HRM) or does it lead to a persistence of existing way of functioning? An analytical contextualist and a study of case allowed us to arrest the weight of the organizational functioning about possible changes caused by ICTs.
