A sociological survey was used as the methodology assisted by the empirical research methods. By analysing of received results there were also used elements of system analysis. Also in this pilot labour market survey the questionnaires developed by the author have been tested to create a common approach for collecting and analysing of data from both the demand and supply sides in order to improve the quality of services provided on the labour market based on local labour market data. The data obtained were used by the employment agencies and other interested parties which are dealing with the labour market and employment issues, the provision of educational services, etc. Currently, these questionnaires are used by the local employment agencies for the periodic survey of employers.
