Abstract:
The present study is an effort towards the effective implementation of this welfare piece of legislation for women and deals with employer’s perspective on sexual harassment, existing mechanism for preventing sexual harassment. The study was conducted in the National Capital Region. [Research Study Series No. 115/2016].
