Happy Pant ()

Working Papers from eSocialSciences

Abstract: Budget analysis entails analysis and assessment of budget from the lens of marginalised sections of population with the objective of prioritisation of public expenditures and collection of revenues in ways that are socially equitable. It can be used for monitoring different stages of the budget process to determine the extent to which policies translate into outcomes. [CBGA].
