Abstract: This working paper summarizes the findings from three of the countries chosen by the study—Mongolia, Myanmar, and Timor-Leste—to represent the range of challenges countries face and need to contend with, given their diverse socioeconomic and political contexts, to deliver on the social protection agenda of the SDGs.
