Abstract:
Despite the stark warning contained in the recently released report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), endorsed even by governments the world over, that GHG concentrations in the atmosphere are on the verge of causing irreversible, probably catastrophic, climate change that could endanger all human life on earth, the Bali conference on climate change accomplished little.
