Intergrated Energy Policy
India Planning Commission
Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
The report of the Expert Committee provides a broad overarching framework for guiding the policies governing the production and use of different forms of energy from various sources. It makes specific recommendations on a very large range of issues. The report is a valuable input into policy making and will help shape our energy policy in the 11th Plan. Early implementation of the recommendations in the report would contribute substantially to putting the economy on a sustainable higher growth path. [Report of Expert Committee].
