Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
In the mid 1990s the issue of adult fertility was of great concern for those who were working on the adolescence issues. Particularly fertility outside marriage. As an international scientific organization with its mandate centered around the needs of developing countries, the Population Council sought a more nuanced and contextspecific understanding of the opportunities and problems confronting adolescents in the developing world.
