Abstract:
At the Bangkok Climate Change dialogue held between March 31st, - April 4th , 2008, the parties arrived at a consensus on two major points for a work programme on long term climate policy. First, the 'development of a work programme' for the Ad-hoc working group on long term cooperative action. The main objective of this paper is to evolve a comprehensive work plan based on the main issues by 2009.
