Abstract: The Mid Term Appraisal (MTA) reviews the experience in the first three years of the Eleventh Plan and seeks to identify areas where corrective steps may be needed. The Planning Commission has decided that the Approach Paper to the Twelfth Five Year Plan will be evolved through a web based consultative process in which all interested persons can participate.
