Abstract: Why are we – people who feel that there ought to be some space for disagreement in a democratic society, and more so in a dialogue between the world's two largest democracies -- so completely, unequivocally, undeniably, helpless? Why was there an utter absence of radical energy in the anti-Bush protests in Delhi?
