Abstract:
This paper draws on a study on functioning of public distribution system in Orissa based on secondary data as well as primary data. The first section of this paper discusses in brief the policy changes in PDS in Orissa, particularly in the decade of nineties. section of this paper summarizes the discussion by highlighting the major findings of the study.
