The consultation was jointly organised by the Centre for Social Studies (CSS), Surat, Gujarat, the Centre for Enquiry into Health and Allied Themes (CEHAT), Mumbai, and the Centre for Studies in Ethics and Rights (CSER), Mumbai at CSS, Surat, on December 2-3, 2005.
