Leni Chaudhuri

Working Papers from eSocialSciences

Abstract: The disabled are deprived of all opportunities for social and economic development. The basic facilities like health, education and employment are denied to them. In spite of several international and national pronouncements the rights of the disabled has remained on paper. Given the magnitude of the problem it is important that disabled persons receive political attention.
