Abstract: A quick look at the manifestos of the five national political parties, Indian National Congress (INC), Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), Aam Admi Party (AAP), Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM) and Samajwadi Party (SP) that most of them, barring the CPIM (Marxist) pay little attention to children.
