Abstract:
Tthe first objective of this study is to construct a cost disability index in provision of developmental infrastructure. The second objective is rooted in the poor state of developmental infrastructure in hill states reflected in widening gaps when compared with non- hill states. [NIPFP Working Paper No. 2014-134].
