Roshni Padmanabhan

Working Papers from eSocialSciences

Abstract: The Head Mistress of Cotton Hill School, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (the biggest girls' school in Asia, student strength wise), expressed her concern over the losing of school hours as the children are called to attend various public functions. She expressed her concern while the education Minister, Kerala was also present. Certain actions were proposed to take against the HM. The Minister should have taken the suggestion in a positive manner. Is this an exclusion against a dalit lady?
