Abstract:
The present policy initiative by the Government of India may be seen in the light of IP concerns and complaints have been hurled at India by key intellectual property exporters, given pro-consumer verdicts served by the Indian courts in a handful of cases in the recent past, prominently in the area of pharmaceuticals.
