Working Papers from eSocialSciences

Abstract: The State budget had focused the receipt and expenditure under the Consolidated Fund of the Government with dissemination of allocation under different development sectors. The fund flow towards children is not being reflected separately in the budget, so an attempt is being made to analyze how a segment of the budget is directed to the benefit of the children.
