Abstract:
This study has taken up two seemingly different but connected aspects of Indian agriculture, the first part dealing with the analysis of agricultural instability at the national and state levels and the second part dealing with analysis of variations in agricultural productivity at the district level. The study has attempted to identify the important factors that affect productivity.
