The Constitution (One Hundred and Fifteenth Amendment) Bill, 2011

Abstract: This Bill is further amendment to the constitution on levy and collection of goods and service tax and trade in India. It provides the parliament with exclusive powers to make laws with respect to goods and services tax where the supply of goods or of services or both takes place in course of inter-state trade.
