Abstract:
The labour policy of the Government seeks the overall growth and development of the industry and the individual worker who equally contributes to the success of the industry. Labour management relations are regulated to maintain economic development, social justice, industrial harmony and human resources development, improvement of living and working conditions of the workers, creation and maintenance of an atmosphere conducive for the growth.
