Abstract: This study was carried out by Banking Development and Research Unit of Nepal Rastra Bank, Dhangadhi Office. The study aims at exploring the problems related to the procurement and use of agricultural credit by farmers in Kailali district, investigate the major determinants considered by banks and financial institutions while disbursing such credit and assess the impact of such credit on farmers? technical efficiency and productivity.
