Abstract:
The paper aims to explore few aspects of academic entrepreneurship. Besides dwelling upon the conceptual definition, there is an attempt to understand the processes and stages of academic entrepreneurship activities. The paper also focuses on the issue of academic entrepreneurship in India. Further, it discusses a few models and frameworks which integrate academic entrepreneurship, economic development and education in developing countries.
