The Impact of Climate Change on Agriculture: A Case Study from Nepal

Abstract: In Nepal, as in many developing countries, concerns are increasing about the negative impact of climate change on agricultural yields and food security. The Nepalese have already seen changes in their climate that have made it increasingly difficult for people to feed themselves. Unfortunately, up until now, most studies on the impact of climate change on agriculture have been focused on more developed economies, so there is little relevant information for Nepalese policy makers to use.
