Abstract: With a view to undertake the exercise the of health assessment of Ganga River River during Kumbh 2013 a water quality monitoring was done during Kumbh 2013. The present report is based on the socio-cultural perceptions of the people, water quality and river benthos test result from January to May, 2013.
