Abstract:
This report presents the key findings of the NFHS-3 survey in Andhra Pradesh. The survey provides trend data on key indicators and includes information on several new topics, such as HIV/AIDS-related behaviour, attitudes toward family life education for girls and boys, use of the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) programme, men’s involvement in maternal care, and health insurance. The report also provides information on men and unmarried women.
