Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
This note looks beyond the parameters of a three-tier public health care system, to the supportive institutional arrangements necessary for provision of effective and accountable services to improve health conditions of the urban poor. This policy note is exploratory, chiseling a vision of health care delivery for larger towns and cities, different from the existing familiar system.
